Above are both renovations and a new homes, the red brick home is a three bedroom strata titled home with an internal access garage and ramp access to the front door. Main bed has an ensuite and the bathroom has plenty of vanity space and a goo d sized bath. Downlights through out, heat pump and the best of European appliances finish this home very nicely. The other property was fire damaged and badly neglected,the renovation on this property included a new roof, kitchen, all new floor coverings bathroom refit complete re-render all new windows, front and rear doors rewire of all electrical new plumbing and re-plastering.
